-૧૦ નવી ડુરંટો ટ્રેન સહિત ૫૪ નવી ટ્રેન દોડાવાશે

-૧૬ રૂટ પર ‘ભારતતીર્થ’ ટ્રેન શરૂ કરાશે

-ટાગોરની ૧૫૦મી જન્મજયંતિ નિમિત્તે સંસ્કતિ એક્સપ્રેસ શરૂ કરાશે

-મુંબઈમાં ૧૦૧ લોકલ ટ્રેનો શરૂ કરાશે

-૨૦૧૦-૧૧માં ૧૦૨૧ કિમી રેલવે લાઈન નખાશે

-મુસાફરોની સુવિધા માટે રૂ. ૧૩૦૨ કરોડ ખર્ચાશે

-૧૦૦ દિવસના ગાળામાં ખાનગીક્ષેત્રના રોકાણને મંજૂરી માટે વિશેષ દળ ઊભું કરાશે

-સકિંદરાબાદ, વર્ધમાન, ગુવાહાટી, ભૂવનેશ્વર અને હિલ્દયામાં પાંચ વેગન ફેકટરી શરૂ કરાશે

-ખાનગી ઓપરેટરોને વિશેષ માલગાડીઓ દોડાવવા મંજૂરી

-૧૦ રેલવે ઈકોપાર્ક ઊભા કરાશે

-૬ હાઈસ્પીડ પેસેન્જર કોરિડોર માટે નેશનલ હાઈસ્પીડ રેલ ઓથોરિટી રચાશે

-અગરતલા અને બાંગ્લાદેશના અખૌરા સ્ટેશનને રેલવેથી જોડાશે

-સાદાઈ અપનાવી રૂપિયા ૨૦૦૦ કરોડની બચત

-યોજનાકીય મૂડીરોકાણ રૂ. ૧,૧૪૨ કરોડથી વધીને રૂ. ૪૧,૪૨૬ કરોડ

-મેટ્રો પ્રોજેકટસ માટે રૂ. ૧૦૦૦ કરોડ ખર્ચાશે

-વયસ્કો, બાળકો અને મહિલાઓને ટ્રેનમાં ચડવા-ઊતરવા માટે મદદનીશ

-કુલ ૬૪૦૧૫ કિમીનું રેલવે નેટવર્ક થશે

-ફિલ્મ ઉધોગ, પત્રકારો અને પત્રકારોના સંતાનોને ભાડાંમાં રાહત

-આવતા મહિને વેસ્ર્ટન કોરિડોર સમજૂતી પર હસ્તાક્ષર

-ખાનગીકરણ નહીં પણ નવું બિઝનેસ મોડેલ તૈયાર કરાશે

-રેલવેની પરીક્ષામાં હિન્દી, અંગ્રેજી, ઉર્દૂ અને પ્રાદેશિક ભાષાનો ઉપયોગ
કરાશે

-રેલવે ૮૦ હજાર નવા વેગન ખરીદશે

-મહિલાઓ માટે ‘માતૃભૂમિ’ નામથી વિશેષ ટ્રેન શરૂ કરાશે

-કેન્સરના દર્દીઓને થર્ડ એસીમાં મફત મુસાફરી

-આંદામાન અને નિકોબારના ટાપુઓ પર રેલવે શરૂ થશે

-જમીન ફાળવણીમાં જમીન ગુમાવનાર પરિવારના એક સભ્યને રેલવેમાં નોકરી

-રેલવે સ્ટેશનો પર આધુનિક શૌચાલયો બનાવાશે

-રેલવે રવિન્દ્રનાથ ટાગોરની સ્મૃતિમાં તેમના ૧૫૦મા જન્મદિન નિમિત્તે હાવરામાં રવિન્દ્ર મ્યુઝિયમ અને બોલપુરમાં ગીતાંજલી મ્યુઝિયમ શરૂ કરશે

-પૂર્વોત્તરમાં વિકાસ માટે માસ્ટર પ્લાન

-વધુ સુરક્ષા માટે મહિલા આરપીએફની બટાલિયન ઉપરાંત આરપીએફમાં ફેરફારો કરાશે

આઈએમઈઆઈ નંબર વિનાના લાખ્ખો મોબાઈલોની બોલતી બંધ

લાખ્ખો મોબાઈલ ગ્રાહકોના મોબાઈલ ફોન આઈએમઈઆઈ કહેવાતો આગવો ઓળખ નંબર ન ધરાવતા હોવાથી તેમની બોલતી બંધ થઈ ગઈ હતી. આતંકવાદીઓ આવા ફોનનો દુરુપયોગ કરી પકડાતા ન હોવાથી સરકારે સલામતીના કારણોસર આ વિશિષ્ટ ઓળખ નંબર ન ધરાવતા હોય તેવા ફોનને મોબાઈલ સેવા બંધ કરવાનો આદેશ આપ્યો હતો. અનેક વિનંતિઓ છતાં સરકારે પ્રતિબંધની મુદ્દત લંબાવવાનો ઈનકાર કર્યો હતો. પ્રતિબંધથી ૨.૧ કરોડ ફોન ઠપ થઈ જવા ધારણા છે. તેથી મોબાઈલ ઉદ્યોગને ૧૦૦ કરોડનો ફટકો પડશે.

આઈએમઈઆઈ અથવા યુનિક આઈડેન્ટિટી નંબર કહેવાતા આવા નંબર ન ધરાવતા હોય તેવા બધા જ ફોનની સેવાઓ બંધ કરી દીધી હોવાનું એરટેલ અને વોડાફોન સહિતના મોબાઈલ ઓપરેટરોના પ્રવક્તાએ જણાવ્યું હતું. જોકે કોઈ પણ કંપનીએ ચોક્કસ કેટલા મોબાઈલની સેવાઓ સ્થગિત કરી છે તેનો આંકડો આપ્યો ન હતો. પરંતુ એક અંદાજ મુજબ આ આંકડો કરોડોમાં હશે.

• ૨.૧ કરોડ ફોન નંબર વિનાના હોવાનો અંદાજઃ મોબાઈલ ઉદ્યોગને ૧૦૦ કરોડનો ફટકો પડવા ધારણા

૧૫ આંકડાનો આઈએમઈઆઈ (ઈન્ટરનેશનલ મોબાઈલ ઈક્વિપમેન્ટ આઈડેન્ટિટી) નંબર ન ધરાવતા હોય તેવા ઓછામાં ઓછા ૨.૧ કરોડ ફોન ચલણમાં હોવાનો નિષ્ણાતોનો અંદાજ છે. અને તેની સેવાઓ બંધ થઈ જતાં મોબાઈલ ઉદ્યોગને ૧૦૦ કરોડનો ફટકો પડશે. આ નંબર હોય તે ફોનને ટ્રેક કરીને તેનું લોકેશન જાણી શકાય છે. આ નંબર વિનાના ફોનનું કોઈ જ પગેરુંં પકડી શકાતું નથી. સલામતીના કારણોસર ત્રાસવાદીઓ આવા ફોનનો દુરુપયોગ ન કરી શકે તે માટે સરકારે આવા ફોનના વપરાશ પર પ્રતિબંધ મૂક્યો છે.

આ મનાઈનો અમલ ચાલુ કરવાની મુદ્દત લંબાવવા માટે જીએસએમ મોબાઈલ ઓપરેટરોની લોબી 'સેલ્યુલર ઓપરેટર્સ એસોસિયેશન ઓફ ઈન્ડિયા'એ સરકારને વારંવાર ખૂબ વિનંતીઓ કરી હોવા છતાં સરકારે મુદ્દત લંબાવવાની ના પાડી દીધી હતી. તેથી નાછૂટકે બધી મોબાઈલ સેવા આપનાર કંપનીઓએ એવા ફોનની સેવાઓ ૧ ડિસેમ્બરથી બંધ કરવી પડી છે. મોબાઈલ ઓપરેટરો કહે છે કે આઈએમઈઆઈ નંબર વિનાન બધા જ ફોન ઠપ થઈ ગયા છે, પરંતુ કુલ કેટલા ફોનની સેવાઓ બંધ કરી છે તેનો આંકડો કોઈપણ કંપનીએ આપ્યો નહોતો.

નંબર ચકાસવા શું કરવું?

પોતાનો જીએસએમ મોબાઇલ હેન્ડસેટ જેન્યુઇન છે કે કેમ તે જાણવા માટે ફોનધારકે તેના મોબાઇલ ફોનમાં *#06# ટાઇપ કરવાનું હોય છે. આટલું ટાઇપ કર્યા પછી મોબાઇલના સ્ક્રીન પર ૧૫ આંકડાનો IMEI નંબર જોઇ શકાય છે. આ IMEI નંબર જેન્યુઇન છે કે નહીં તે ચકાસવા ફોનધારક તેના મોબાઇલના સ્ક્રીન પર IMEI ટાઇપ કરી સ્પેસ છોડી ૧૫ આંકડાનો નંબર ટાઇપ કરી ૫૭૮૮૬ નંબર પર એસએમએસ પણ મોકલી શકે છે.

એસએમએસ મોકલ્યા બાદ ફોનધારકને મૂળ જેના માટે IMEI નંબર ફાળવવામાં આવ્યો હોય તે હેન્ડસેટની બ્રાન્ડનું નામ અને મોડેલ નંબર જણાવતો અને નંબર માન્ય છે કે ગેરમાન્ય તેની જાણ કરતો રિપ્લાય (વળતો એસએમએસ) મળે છે.
